    The Loom is a stunning Grade II Listed former warehouse designed by Holland & Hannen, which was built for Browne & Eagle in 1892. In the 1950s, The Loom was used for storing paper and later as a wine distributor's factory. In the 1980s, the building was converted to provide warehouse space, workshops, studios and office accommodation for Whitechapel's businesses, artists and crafts, known as New Loom House.

    In 2013, Helical bought New Loom House and completely transformed the building.
