London Offices | City Fringe

  1. Shaun Simons

    Director | London Offices

    View full profile

Shaun started in commercial agency when he was 16, taking him up to 16 years in the industry: 5 in the West End at the beginning of his career, moving over to the City Fringe in 2005.

“When Michael, Ricky and I co-founded Hatton Real Estate, we believed that commercial estate agency was incredibly backwards in the way it operated and saw an opportunity to provide a fresh and innovative service for our clients. We are all responsible for winning business and, just as important, doing the deals; it is essential that the owners of the company stay 100% relevant in the marketplace.

I live and breathe what we do here and I’m very passionate about it, whether helping clients create and develop new office space, or finding a major new tenant that completely changes the face of a street and adds new life to it.”

Together with Colliers’ ‘best -in-class’ London Offices team we believe that we can create one of the most powerful agency forces in Central London.  For us, this is the start of a new and exciting chapter and we are certain that combining our culture and local expertise with the Colliers global platform will be a recipe for success for many years to come.
  2. Michael Raibin

    Director | London Offices

    View full profile

Michael has worked in the Central London property market for 17 years, as a specialist in the office space and investment sectors. His passion is for architecture and design, with a meticulous attention to detail.

“I take great pride in helping our clients create unique, high-quality workspaces that businesses will want to call home. For me, there is huge enjoyment in discovering the extra potential of a space, honing the finer details that others may miss, and adding value.

With our core market around the City Fringe, and the influx of creative enterprises, excellent branding and relevant marketing are paramount in finding the right audience.

It is no longer enough for a property advisor to simply put a price on a property and go to market. It is essential that our knowledge and skills extend beyond that.

We put our success down to a number of factors including our pioneering approach to modern technology including social media, our unrivalled knowledge of our geographical patch and our entrepreneurialism and passion for office, residential and investment agency. By combining our efforts with Colliers this knowledge now spans the whole of Central London.”
  3. Ricky Blair

    Director | London Offices

    View full profile

Over his 14 years working in property, 12 of which in the City Fringe market, Ricky has spent a lot of time and energy forging lasting relationships with developers, investors and occupiers in the local area.

“Setting up Hatton Real Estate gave us a blank canvass to create our vision and incorporate the fresh new ideas we were keen to introduce to the Commercial sector. I’m very proud of the impact we’ve had on the industry as a whole and I feel we’ve helped set the pace in terms of how we’ve done things. As well as working on exciting developments from inception and seeing projects through to the end, what gives the team great satisfaction is unearthing off-market opportunities through our local contacts and relationships.

The last five and a half years have been an incredible journey for us and we are proud of what we have achieved within a relatively short period of time. Joining forces with Colliers in the next step in our evolution”

  4. Elliott Stern

    Associate Director | London Offices

    View full profile

Elliott began his career in commercial real estate back in 2007 and has spent those 7 years working solely in the City Fringe market. During that time he’s built up an enviable list of contacts.

“One of the things I enjoy the most about working in the City Fringe is dealing with companies in the tech, media and creative sectors, seeing them grow over time and helping them move out of their old premises and into new ones – being very much part of their story. Much of what we do can take years of planning, but there is great satisfaction in working on a project from when a client first buys a building, sitting alongside the architects and design team to make sure the correct product is delivered to the marketplace, right through to finding tenants for the newly created scheme.”
  5. Richard Silver

    Associate Director | London Offices

    View full profile

Richard joined the property industry in 2009 and advises clients on refurbishments from start to finish, helping with elements of physical design and contributing to branding and signage.

“I love the character of old warehouses in the surrounds of Clerkenwell and Farringdon, and the transforming of conventional offices by turning them into desirable spaces for the creative occupiers of the City Fringe market.

I really enjoy working with the client and architect from the beginning of a project to create an interesting and usable environment that will appeal to tenants”.
  6. Sophie Higgins

    Associate Director | London Offices

    View full profile

Sophie studied BSc Land Management at Reading University, achieving a 2:1 in 2010, and went on to qualify as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2013 whilst specializing in Office Agency.

“I have always been passionate about property and love working with tenants, particularly those in the TMT sector. I love the variety of work, pounding the streets and meeting new people on a daily basis. Joining the team was an extremely exciting opportunity for me to grow this department in an already fast expanding and entrepreneurial firm.”

  7. Oliver Jay

    Senior Surveyor | London Offices

    View full profile

Oliver has been working in the City Fringe for the past 3 years following a brief period working in the music & events industry.
