Sophie Higgins, Director in charge of Tenant Representation in the City Fringe said:
“Working with Sheila and the UNiDAYS family has been a privilege. Throughout the process I have been embedded into the family and know that my advice will be called upon as they continue to expand.”
Unidays connects brands and services to a network of 142 million students across 32 countries, utilising its proprietary technology that can verify 70% of the world's student population. They are a true start up success with over $2.4billion spent via the network in 2016 and the company ranked by the Sunday Times as the ninth fastest growing tech company in the UK.
Among the Unidays affiliates are include Apple, ASOS, Urban Outfitters, Top Man and a host of other globally recognised household names.
About 18 months ago we assisted the firm in its last move, helping them secure 3,500 sq ft at Norton Folgate in E1. From those current premises, Unidays is making a giant leap to 15,000 sq ft at 133 Houndsditch EC3, a high specification office building between the bustling city environment of Liverpool Street and the newly revitalised Aldgate.
While the postcode change from E1 to EC3 might sound like a move from city fringe to city proper, the reality is that the new office is but a 10-minute walk from the old, effectively moving from the north end of Spitalfields to the south, and still enjoying all the benefits of Central London's hippest spot. Alongside its UK headquarters, UNiDAYS also has international offices in New York, Sydney and Silicon Valley
“Working with exciting companies like UNiDAYS is an absolute joy as they continue to push the boundaries of IT and the growing Tech sector. Following a company’s success, and advising them on their commercial strategy, is one of the main reasons I love working with Tenant’s.”
